At Wide Fit Shoes, we want to ensure your footwear fits perfectly and provides the comfort you deserve. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Footwear
Place the shoes back into their original branded box and secure them in a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
